Methods: The used explanatory-sequential mixed-method research design technique. sample included 250 providers in Thailand. Purposive sampling was select sample. A focus group discussion conducted with three experts seven provider’s top executives, totalling ten key informants. data gathered analysed using structural equation modelling perform a confirmatory factor analysis path analysis. Results: results found that have typically affected performance.
